- Housing services and rental programs to decrease homelessness
- Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid application support
- Social Security application and benefits service (Supplemental Security Income and Social Security Disability Income)
- Undocumented individuals seeking civilian services
- Roundtrip transportation to our clinics for patients who need it

depression, etc.) - Vaccinations
Should additional treatment options be necessary, our patients are given referrals and guidance to ensure a seamless transition of next steps for their care.
